Chloe Ilagan

Chloe Ilagan is an associate in Gowling WLG's Ottawa office, practicing in the Business Law Group. Her practice focuses on advertising, commercial, and regulatory law related to foods, drugs, natural health products, cosmetics, medical devices, and other consumer products. Chloe's practice also includes regulatory compliance and commercial issues that relate to multi-level marketing, direct selling, and consumer protection.

Chloe completed her law degree at the University of Ottawa, where she served as an editor with the Ottawa Law Review and as a research assistant. She also completed an intensive research project on the legal and regulatory framework related to mobile health applications.

Prior to law school, Chloe obtained a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences (Hons.) with a minor in biology from McMaster University.

Chloe has had extensive client-facing experience, including volunteer positions at a legal referral organization and a clinic providing resources for newcomers to Ottawa.
