Danielle advises trustee and employer clients on a wide range of pensions matters.

Her recent experience includes:

• pension scheme management and administration across DB and DC schemes;
• advising on, reviewing and drafting Trust Deed and Rules and Deeds of Variation for DB and DC schemes;
• assisting trustees with specific member issues and contentious issues, including internal dispute resolution procedures and Pensions Ombudsman complaints;
• assisting trustees with member communication, governance and trustee meetings.
