Ginevra Saylor

As Director, Innovation and Knowledge Programs at Gowling WLG, Ginevra Saylor leads the firm's innovation, knowledge management, learning and development, legal project management, client and practice solutions, and process re-engineering strategy and initiatives. In her role, she identifies and implements programs, processes, and tools that drive innovation and excellence throughout the firm and enhance the delivery of client services. Ginevra brings twenty years of experience building and delivering strategies for innovation, knowledge management, client solutions, technology adoption, and process improvement to her work.

Before joining Gowling WLG, Ginevra led the innovation, knowledge management, library, client solutions, learning, and business intelligence teams at another global law firm, and directed knowledge management at a national firm. She also has extensive and varied past experience as a litigator and educator, and is a frequent speaker on legal practice, innovation, legal technology, knowledge management, and related topics.
