Natasha Bandha

Natasha Bandha is a conveyancer in our Real Estate Group and a member of our Affordable Housing Conveyancing Team, which handles a wide range of volume conveyancing transactions for registered providers of social housing and developer/operators in the retirement living space.

She specialises in high turnover shared ownership and market plot sales, shared ownership re-sales and interim and final staircasing and re-sales of retirement homes, and assists with rights to buy, rights to acquire and deeds of surrender, supporting her colleagues in all aspects of the team's work and meeting strict internal KPI deadlines at all times.

Natasha's clients include Sanctuary Group, Legal & General Affordable Homes, Aspen Retirement, London & Quadrant and Clarion Housing.
