Nicole Hilliard

Nicole Hilliard is an associate in Gowling WLG's Ottawa office; she is a member of the Employment, Labour and Equalities Group.

Nicole practices in all areas of labour and employment law. She offers guidance and advice to employers on a range of issues that can arise during an employment relationship, including workplace investigations, termination and severance obligations, and human rights complaints. Nicole also assists with drafting and reviewing employment contracts and workplace policies.

Nicole completed her legal studies at the University of Ottawa. Prior to law school, Nicole spent several years working and travelling abroad.
