Stephen Bowman is a principal associate in the corporate team based in London, specialising in corporate transactions with a particular focus on domestic and international private M&A, mid-market private equity, venture capital, restructuring and general corporate law matters.

Stephen has sector-specific expertise in automotive, technology and healthcare transactions.

  • Advising Lloyds Development Capital (LDC) on their exit and reinvestment alongside Phoenix Equity Partners in the MBO of Forest Holidays.
