Great Place To Work®'s 'UK's Best Workplaces for Development™' list places the firm 26th in the 'super large' category in recognition of its achievements in making employee development a core part of its company culture.

Organisations appearing in the list are selected based on extensive research and through benchmarking company values against employee experience. Key areas covered include company culture, benefits, approach to leadership and development, as well as anonymous employee feedback. Only those achieving the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces™ status.
