Sean Gomes

Sean Gomes is a partner practising business and technology law in Gowling WLG's Waterloo Region office. He is a member of the firm's Tech, Capital Markets and M&A groups.

His practice involves assisting companies in a wide variety of business and technology matters, including, cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, technology contracting, and corporate reorganizations.

Sean regularly provides ongoing advice to entrepreneurs and startup companies regarding incorporation, shareholders agreements, restricted share arrangements, funding/financing, employee stock option and incentive plans, terms of use and various other legal issues affecting early stage businesses.
