Bio
Alexis Augustin is a principal associate specialized in industrial property registered at the Paris Bar.
His practice is focused on patent law, trademark law, know-how and in unfair competition, covering both litigation and contractual aspects.
Alexis advises French and international clients in various technical fields: pharmaceuticals (drugs and medical devices), telecoms, automotive industry, cosmetics, food, etc.
He graduated with two Master degrees, one in Health Products Law in Europe from the University Strasbourg I, and one in Industrial Property and Health Industries from the University Paris VIII.
He also graduated from the LL.M. program in International Business Law from the Sorbonne-Assas International law School of Singapore, in partnership with INSEAD.
In 2022, Alexis was recognized as IP rising star by Managing IP magazine.
Alexis speaks fluent French and English.
