Bryinne McCoy

Bryinne McCoy is a partner in Gowling WLG's Ottawa office. She practises in the firm's Business Law Group and is licensed to practice law in Ontario and Newfoundland and Labrador. Bryinne's practice focuses on corporate commercial law, with an emphasis on contract and gaming law.

Bryinne regularly assists clients with drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements, including agreements relating to supply, distribution, manufacturing, licensing, intellectual property rights, and good and services. She also advises clients on gaming law matters, including those entering the iGaming market in Ontario.

Bryinne's background includes valuable in-house experience acquired through secondments with the legal departments of both a large telecommunications company and a large power generation company.

Bryinne is also an active member of the firm and is heavily involved with the firm's mentoring and student recruitment programs.
