Inès Rosen

Inès is a Principal Associate in the IP/IT team based in Paris and is registered at the Paris Bar.

Ines advises French and foreign companies on intellectual property issues (trademarks, copyright and related rights, designs and models) in both litigation and non-litigation matters.

She also assists clients in all aspects of tech regulatory, heleping companies comply with data protection, AI and cybersecurity regulations and in drafting the associated documentation (GDPR, NIS2 Directive, AI Act).

She represents companies before the French courts and before the French and EU offices.

Over the course of her years of practice, Inès has advised publishing companies, international industrial groups, players in the energy market, banks, interior designers, artists, perfume and cosmetics companies and major goldsmiths, among others.

Inès has an LLB in English law as well as a licence in French law. She is a graduate of the Université Panthéon-Sorbonne (Master degree in Intellectual Property) and King's College London (LLM in Intellectual Property and Information Law).
