John G. Webster

John Webster is a member of the firm’s General Counsel team. He provides guidance to the firm and its lawyers on professional matters, including practice and ethical issues, and on delivering great client service. John transitioned to counsel after 28 years in litigation, focused on corporate, commercial, and insurance-related disputes. As a litigation lawyer, he helped clients resolve disputes through a strategic, timely, and efficient approach, while remaining attuned to their objectives.

John gives back to his community and enjoys helping others. He is a trustee of the Waterloo Region Law Association and has been active in community volunteer work. He is also known for fundraising and supporting various children’s activities, such as athletics and dance.
