Jordan Diacur's practice focuses on civil litigation, including franchise litigation and professional liability. He regularly represents the interests of individuals, businesses and institutions before the courts, and often participates in alternative dispute resolution.
Jordan's goal is to provide uncommon value and uncommon sense. Something more than just experience or professionalism. More than the know-how needed to find cost-effective solutions to legal problems. A deep commitment to the kind of service that is rare nowadays-taking the long-term view, working to understand every angle and building relationships that last.
Jordan is also trained as a museum curator, and worked for several years in public museums and archives, including the Bertrand Russell Archives at McMaster University.
