Orest Matviychuk is Principal Associate in the Banking and Finance practice based in London.

Orest’s experience includes advising lenders, sponsors and borrowers on a variety of debt finance transactions, including investment grade and leveraged deals, acquisition financings, and project financings.

Orest has recently completed a secondment to the Corporate Banking & Structured Lending legal team at NatWest, providing him with valuable commercial experience.
