Scott Wilson

Scott is a Senior Associate in the Financial Services and Funds team. He predominantly acts for listed closed-ended investment funds as well as their investment managers, sponsors and financial advisers in relation to a wide-range of corporate finance and equity capital markets work, including public company takeovers, initial public offerings and secondary issuances on the London Stock Exchange.

Scott also has experience advising both public and private companies on a range of other corporate matters, including acquisitions, solvent restructurings, fundraisings, venture capital and general corporate governance. Scott works across a range of sectors including FinTech, renewable energy, financial services and real estate.
