Tim Casben

Tim manages the Middle East offices which are focused on corporate, technology, intellectual property and media, entertainment and sports, and international arbitration. Tim also heads the offices' corporate team and provides corporate advice to corporations, institutional clients and ultra-high net worth family businesses from, and investing in, the MENA region.

Tim has over 25 years of M&A experience and VC investment experience, acting for targets, investors and sellers. He takes a pragmatic approach to ensure transactions are managed and run smoothly for the benefit of our clients.

Tim ensures our corporate team works closely with our specialist technology and intellectual property teams to provide our clients with specific advice when investing in, or disposing of, assets across the globe. Tim moved to Dubai in 2009 following 12 years of experience in the London Corporate team focused on capital markets, venture capital and M&A.
