Tim has amassed a wealth of experience over the past 13 years, refining his skills in various aspects of real estate transactions. His expertise spans instant land acquisitions, long-term strategic deals, joint ventures and collaboration agreements, as well as site assembly and land disposals. This extensive background has been integral to national housebuilders, developers, and promoters, earning him a distinguished reputation in the industry.

Throughout his career, Tim and his team have been dedicated to driving excellence and achieving client satisfaction by fully integrating with the client and understanding the business. His efficient approach ensures minimal delays, enabling housebuilders and developers to initiate projects promptly.

Tim has been instrumental in facilitating successful joint ventures, collaboration agreements and triple tenure land disposals (on a phased basis and disposals of the entire development). His deep understanding of the importance of equalisation, partnership deals (including Single Family Rental disposals) and the dynamics of each have resulted in mutually beneficial outcomes, fostering strong alliances between all stakeholders.

Tim's proficiency in site assembly and land disposals is evidenced by his ability to seamlessly consolidate sites for development purposes. He strategically manages land disposals, optimizing returns for housebuilders, developers, and promoters.

Experience

Advising a national housebuilder on the on a £819 million partnerships deal with Leaf Living and Sage Homes for the delivery of more than 2,900 mixed tenure new homes, one of the largest new build residential investment transactions on record.
Advising two national housebuilders on the acquisition of land at Seaham Garden Village and the subsequent disposal of land to comprise 750 affordable homes to Karbon Homes, with the deal including a major mine water heat project that uses a mine water treatment scheme to provide low-carbon heating to affordable homes being constructed by Karbon Homes.
Helping clients to develop a strategy for BNG purposes to ensure they are committed to creating or enhancing habitats as part of their development, which has included negotiating BNG leases for off-site biodiversity.
Advising a national housebuilder on the acquisition of Chase Farm at Gedling, from Homes England following the grant of an outline planning permission for up to 1,050 properties on the former Gedling Colliery land. The deal included a funding agreement for part of the 'Gedling Access Road'.
Acting for a top 10 housebuilder on a hybrid promotion and option agreement of land at Edwalton for approximately 1,050 homes, which included a disposal of land to another top 10 housebuilder and a new community park.
Advising a promoter on a promotion agreement which included a complicated land assembly, in order to facilitate the delivery of the site, which required Tim to negotiate the transfer of multiple parcels of land from various landowners.
