EGB Capital acquires Central Valley Glass

Effective February 1, 2024, EGB Capital Inc. acquired Bartz Enterprises (Central Valley Glass), the first acquisition in its portfolio.

Central Valley Glass is a 40 year old Central Okanagan-based manufacturer and distributor of Insulated Glass Units (IGU). 

EGB Capital, headquartered in Kelowna, British Columbia, is a private equity firm that seeks to acquire B2B firms in the manufacturing, distribution, renewable energy, and industrial sectors based in Western Canada. The target firms need to be enduringly profitable with a loyal customer base and in operation for at least ten years. EGB Capital has a long-term horizon for acquired firms and will focus on growth opportunities for value creation.
