Gowling WLG deepens commercial litigation bench with addition of Fadi Amine
Gowling WLG is pleased to welcome Fadi Amine as a partner in its Commercial Litigation Group. Based in Montréal, Fadi’s arrival further strengthens the firm’s sophisticated disputes platform amid growing complexity across commercial litigation and class action matters.
Known for his pragmatic approach to contentious matters, Fadi advises clients on high-stakes civil and commercial litigation, including shareholder disputes, competition and consumer protection matters, and multi-jurisdictional class actions involving product and pharmaceutical liability. As the former Managing Partner of the Montréal office of a national Canadian law firm, Fadi also brings an informed perspective on the operational, business, and reputational considerations that often shape litigation strategy in multifaceted disputes.
“Complex disputes rarely exist in isolation from wider business realities,” said Benjamin Na, Chair of Gowling WLG’s Disputes Department. “Fadi’s addition reflects our ongoing commitment to providing clients with the depth of experience and judgment required for today’s most complex disputes.”
