On January 6, 2015, Tiger Investment Co., Ltd., a Chinese-owned investment company, purchased the Heron’s Landing Hotel located in Campbell River, Vancouver Island, British Columbia for an undisclosed consideration.
We advised the purchaser with a team that included Jack Yong and Julia Winters.
