On March 12, 2018, GTT Communications, Inc. (NYSE: GTT) announced its cross-border acquisition of Accelerated Connections Inc. ("ACI").
US-based GTT is the leading global cloud networking provider to multinational clients. ACI, headquartered in Toronto, provides managed networking, voice-over-IP (VoIP) and colocation services, serving large distributed Canadian enterprises.
