Plan Group acquires Mindful Experience

On May 1, 2018, Plan Group Inc., a technical services provider and subsidiary of Bouygues Energies & Services with offices across Canada, acquired a 49% stake in startup Mindful Experience Inc., a Toronto-based healthcare IT services provider.
Plan Group previously owned a 51% stake in Mindful and, with this transaction, acquired the remaining shares that it did not already own.
