Apus Energy sells three subsidiaries to Conrad Energy
On November 10, 2019, Apus Energy Limited, a subsidiary of Octopus Administrative Services Limited and Welsh Power Limited, sold the entire issued share capital of three of its subsidiaries to Conrad Energy.
These subsidiaries include Blackwater Power Ltd., Purfleet Power Ltd. and Thundersley Power Ltd. Gowling WLG was counsel to Apus Energy with respect to this transaction with a team that included Gareth Baker, Siân Dewing and Stephen Bowman.
