Gowling WLG has advised Argentex, a leading FCA regulated provider of foreign exchange services to institutions, corporates and high net worth private individuals, on its admission to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.

Argentex is a UK-based foreign exchange service provider founded in 2011 by its current senior management and Pacific Investments. The Company and Selling Shareholders have raised £46.5 million in an oversubscribed placing and subscription of shares and Argentex has a market capitalisation of £120 million on Admission.

Kris Rogers, a partner in Gowling WLG's corporate team, led and advised on the IPO with support from senior associate Emily Troubridge, associates Craig Griffiths, Kat McGriskin and Orjeta Neli, and tax partner Michael Murphy.
