On Aug. 6, 2019, Infrastructure Ontario (IO) and Hôpital Montfort reached financial close on the Orléans Health Hub project, with the hospital awarding a $59.7 million fixed-price contract to EllisDon Infrastructure Healthcare to build and finance the facility.

The Orléans Health Hub project involves the construction of a new 96,000 square foot facility in Orléans, a suburb of Ottawa, Ontario. Work will begin this summer and construction is expected to be complete in spring 2021.
