Drillform acquired by Roughneck in a cross-border transaction
On July 17, 2024, Drillform Technical Services Ltd. ("Drillform") was acquired by Roughneck Holding Inc., a subsidiary of HMH, a global drilling equipment product and services group of companies.
Drillform specializes in the design and manufacturing of automated drilling equipment for the drilling industry and is headquartered in Calgary, Alberta.
