Our Corporate team has advised Perwyn Advisors UK Limited on its strategic investment in OUTCO, a market-leading provider of compliance-led outdoor estate management and maintenance services.

Perwyn’s investment will support OUTCO’s next phase of expansion, combining organic growth with targeted acquisitions. In the year to date, OUTCO has completed three strategic acquisitions aimed at scaling its UK footprint and enhancing its data-led compliance technology.

Headquartered in the UK, OUTCO delivers specialist services designed to keep outdoor spaces safe, operational and compliant all year round. Its offering spans winter gritting, grounds maintenance, infrastructure inspection and asset lifecycle planning, underpinned by a proprietary technology platform that enables real-time compliance reporting and predictive maintenance.

The Gowling WLG team advising Perwyn was led by Corporate Partner Chris Towle, supported by Rory Chatterton, Jessica Waldron and Katie Dunnaker (Corporate); James Arnold (Tax); Samantha Holland (Insurance); and Hannah Swindle and Philipp Borisov (Employment).

Navin Prabhakar led the Banking & Finance team, supported by Karnvir Nanra, Kimi Shah and Amnic Atwal, in connection with the senior debt financing supporting Perwyn's investment.

Chris Towle commented: "We're delighted to have advised Perwyn on this latest investment in OUTCO, a business that’s driving innovation in the estate maintenance sector through its data-led approach and specialist technology. Backed by Perwyn’s strategic support and sector expertise, OUTCO is well-positioned to expand its UK footprint and enhance its market leadership. We value our longstanding relationship with Perwyn and look forward to continuing to support their bold investment strategy across multiple sectors."

This latest transaction marks another milestone in our partnership with Perwyn, having previously advised on a number of strategic investments across multiple sectors, including Italian food brand Crosta & Mollica and property technology business iamproperty.
