Gowling WLG has launched a specialist sector focused training contract within its award-winning Real Estate Group, designed to attract and develop early talent with a strong interest and enthusiasm for real estate law.

The two-year programme will see trainees complete four six-month seats exclusively within the Real Estate Group. The first cohort will be based in Birmingham and London, starting their training contracts in September 2027 and qualifying in 2029.

The new pathway will run alongside the firm's existing training contract, with participants undertaking the same induction and broader trainee development programme. However, unlike the traditional model, trainees on this route will focus entirely on real estate work learning from our experienced Partners and building strong expertise and a deep subject knowledge.
