• Advising a London local authority in relation to the high-profile BTR redevelopment of a town centre mixed use block.
• Advising numerous developers in relation to both greenfield and brownfield residential and mixed-use development schemes from site assembly to delivery.
• Acting for a London Borough Council in relation to site assembly matters to facilitate the delivery of a large-scale redevelopment project.
• Acting for a leading Integrated Retirement Community operator in relation to the operation of its portfolio.
• Acting for Hub Living in relation to the £88 million forward funding of a Co-Living scheme in West London.
• Acting for Moda Living in relation to a multi-site joint venture with Aviva Capital Partners together with the first JV acquisition and £400 million delivery of a 995 unit BTR scheme in Birmingham.
