Camilia Maniti is an articling student in Gowling WLG's Montréal office.
Camilia is entering her third year of a bachelor of civil law degree at the Université de Montréal. Prior to her legal studies, she obtained a bachelor of science degree with a major in microbiology and immunology.
During her studies, Camilia worked as a legal assistant at an immigration law firm in Montreal, where she assisted the lawyers in matters relating to temporary residence applications.
Previously, Camilia volunteered as a medical researcher at the Jewish General Hospital's Lady Davis Institute in the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) research laboratory. She is currently a volunteer with Juristes engagées, a legal information service provider for various Québec organizations.
