Emily Chittick

Emily Chittick is a Senior Associate in Gowling WLG's M&A and Private Equity team in London. Emily advises on a broad range of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations. Emily qualified as a lawyer in Canada in 2021 and practised as a corporate associate before relocating to London in 2022. She acts for a variety of corporate, private equity and institutional clients across a range of sectors, supporting them through all stages of complex transactions and ongoing corporate matters.
