Florian Holfeld, LL.M.

Florian Holfeld is a Legal Director in our Corporate / M&A practice in our Stuttgart office.

He has more than twelve years of experience gained in private practice and in-house at DAX40 companies. Florian has broad experience in German and international corporate and commercial law and focuses on advising corporate and financial investors as well as multinational groups and family-controlled businesses on national and international M&A transactions and in other areas of corporate law.

Florian specialises in share and asset purchases, commercial contracts and negotiations (often cross-border), (re-)organisations and joint ventures.

Florian has significant experience in project management of complex transactions and (re-)organisations, often across multiple jurisdictions and within limited timeframes. He coordinates tailored teams to assist with M&A transactions.
