Helena M. Schnur

Helena M. Schnur is an Associate of our Dispute Resolution practice in Frankfurt.

She advises and represents clients in German state court litigations and before national and international arbitral tribunals on a variety of national and cross-border legal matters, in particular post- M&A disputes and corporate shareholder actions.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG in 2023, Helena gained experience in cross-border corporate matters working in internationally renowned law firms in Luxembourg and Paris.

In addition to her German Bar Admission, she holds a bachelor's degree in French Law by the University of Strasbourg and is a member of Gowling WLG's Luxembourg Country Desk.
