Hourak Rahmani

Hourak Rahmani is an associate in Gowling WLG's Vancouver office. Her practice focuses primarily on corporate, commercial, and real estate matters.

In her corporate and commercial practice, Hourak assists clients with a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, asset and share purchases, joint ventures, debt and equity financings.

She also advises on general corporate matters, including incorporations, shareholders’ agreements, continuations, minority shareholder issues, and corporate governance.

Hourak's real estate practice focuses on commercial conveyancing, property development, and construction financing.

An avid supporter of the arts, Hourak previously served on the board of directors of the Kay Meek Arts Centre in West Vancouver.
