Jill Annett

Jill is an associate in the Business Law Group in Gowling WLG’s Waterloo Region office.  

She has extensive experience advising on a variety of corporate and commercial matters which include, among others, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, corporate financings, and various corporate and commercial agreements.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Jill practised corporate and commercial law at a leading regional firm in uptown Waterloo.

Jill is a proud member of the third graduating class of the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law at Lakehead University where she graduated with High Distinction and First Class Standing. She is an advocate for the Integrated Practice Curriculum and alternative pathways to licensing.

Called to the Ontario bar in 2018, Jill is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Waterloo Region Law Association.
