Kevin Pedersen

Kevin Pedersen is an associate in Gowling WLG's Calgary office, practicing in the areas of corporate/commercial litigation and professional liability defence. 

Kevin has experience in a wide range of areas, advising clients in complex disputes involving insurance coverage, product liability, shareholder oppression, construction, securities, and oil and gas infrastructure and facilities. He has represented clients in multi-party disputes in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, as well as in international and domestic arbitrations.  

Kevin has appeared and made submissions at all levels of court in Alberta, including the Alberta Court of Justice, the Alberta Court of King’s Bench, and the Alberta Court of Appeal, and has represented clients in private mediations and arbitrations. 

Since 2023, Kevin has continually been recognized by Legal 500 Canada as a leading associate in dispute resolution in Alberta.
