Kyle Harder

Kyle is an associate in Gowling WLG’s Calgary office whose practice focuses on commercial litigation and professional liability defence within the firm’s Disputes Group. 

Kyle has broad experiencing advising and representing clients, including before all levels of court in Alberta and in private arbitrations and mediations.

Kyle earned his law degree at the University of Manitoba, where he served as Communications Director for the Manitoba Law Students’ Association and received multiple scholarships for academic achievement and community involvement.

In 2020, Kyle completed an LLM at the University of Toronto and served as a teaching assistant, supporting the inaugural “Engineering and the Law” course in the Faculty of Engineering.
