Minerva advises on a variety of landlord and tenant disputes, including both hostile and uncontested lease renewals, dilapidation claims, and possession claims. She also assists on telecommunications disputes, and a range of insolvency issues including liquidations and administration.

Minerva's clients include property developers, retailers, public sector organisations and investment funds.
