Rachel Argyle

Rachel Argyle is an associate based in Gowling WLG's Commercial Litigation team in Birmingham. She has worked on a wide range of high-profile insolvency matters and advises clients on fraud and asset recovery cases, including carbon credit fraud, MTIC/ VAT fraud, and cryptocurrency fraud. Rachel also has experience working on a broad range of commercial disputes in multiple sectors including private equity, automotive, IT and Tech contracts, and in relation to data breaches.
