Sandip Paul is a senior conveyancer in our real estate group and a member of our affordable housing conveyancing team, which handles a wide range of volume conveyancing transactions for registered providers of social housing and developer/operators in the retirement living space.
She has many years' experience in residential property and housing transactions, dealing with open market plot sales, shared ownership sales (including initial acquisition from the house builder) and site setup of shared ownership schemes.
Sandip's clients include Allison Homes, London & Quadrant, Legal & General Affordable Homes and Vistry Group.
