Sarah Dobie

Sarah Dobie is  a senior law clerk serving both Gowling WLG’s Toronto and Calgary offices. Her expertise is focused in the areas of business law and securities law. She has worked in the securities field for 20 years and is well versed in Canadian securities laws and how they apply to public and private companies, insiders, shareholders and investment funds. 

Sarah is a SEDAR+ and SEDI filing agent and is well equipped to undertake various stock exchange and securities commissions filings and approvals for all capital markets and mergers & acquisition matters. This includes prospectus offerings, private placements, take-over bids, shareholder meetings, early warning reporting, insider reporting, and all continuous disclosure matters for issuers listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, TSX Venture Exchange and Canadian Securities Exchange.
