Shira Gerstein is a summer law student in Gowling WLG’s Waterloo Region office.
She has completed two years of the JD English Common Law program at the University of Ottawa. During her time so far, Shira has worked for a tax litigation law firm and as a research assistant writing about issues related to technology and tax law.

Outside of work and school, Shira is a volunteer with a disaster assistance organization, and she can be found cycling on country roads, spending time with friends and enjoying the outdoors.
