Sylvain Clouâtre is a paralegal in Gowling WLG's Montréal office, working in the Mortgage Recovery Services Group.
He acts mainly for financial institutions recovering mortgage debts by seeing to the preparation of proceedings as well as supervising realtors. Sylvain also takes care of the marketing and selling of properties.
He joined the firm's Mortgage Recovery Services Group in January 2012 as an intern and has been a member of Gowling WLG since May 2012. He first started his career in real estate law 10 years ago in a notaries’ office and a real estate agency.
