Tracy A. Van Brunt

Tracy Van Brunt is the director of legal talent for Gowling WLG’s Disputes Department. In this role, she oversees the summer, articling and associate programs, including recruitment, professional development, performance management, mentorship and the review process.

As an experienced corporate commercial litigation lawyer, Tracy’s background in managing complex legal matters provides her with a unique perspective on the skills and attributes that students and associates need to thrive in a legal environment. Her practical understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the profession helps her tailor programs that support the development of well-rounded, skilled lawyers.

Tracy has worked at both national and international law firms, where she gained extensive experience in dispute resolution and regulatory matters. This breadth of experience enables her to offer valuable insights and guidance to students and associates as they navigate their early careers.
