Jodi English is a partner in Gowling WLG's Toronto office. She practises in the area of intellectual property, with a focus on trademark and copyright law.

Jodi has advised and assisted large- and small-scale Canadian and international companies in a wide range of industries in matters relating to trademarks and copyright.

Jodi is experienced in all aspects of national and international trademark law, including trademark clearance, prosecution, registration and opposition proceedings, as well as trademark strategy, trademark portfolio management, licensing, assignment, trademark audits and due diligence.
