Douglas G.H. Fyfe

Doug Fyfe is a partner in the Ottawa office of Gowling WLG. He practises in the field of intellectual property law, with an emphasis on trademark and copyright law.

Doug's practice includes clearing, registering and enforcement of trademark rights, trademark opposition and litigation matters, as well as trademark licensing. He assists with matters not only in Canada but internationally, and also acts in related intellectual property fields, such as domain name and copyright protection and enforcement.
