Nadine Birke is a Senior Associate in the Employment & Labour Law Group in our Frankfurt office.
She advises and represents national and international clients in all matters of individual and collective labour and employment law, especially negotiations with works councils to conciliation board proceedings and labour court litigation.
Beyond general HR advice she supports employers during the entire "life cycle" of their employees, from drafting the employment contract to issues arising in the employment relationship (e.g. relocation) through to termination of employment.
Prior to joining Gowling WLG in 2024, Nadine worked for a major German law firm.
Nadine completed an International Master's degree in Labour and Employment Law (LL.M.) at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia and is a certified specialist for Labour and Employment law in Germany (Fachanwältin für Arbeitsrecht).
