
Bio
Nicole Sapieha is an associate in Gowling WLG’s Vancouver office, where she is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Employment, Labour & Equalities groups. Her practice encompasses a broad range of civil and commercial disputes, employment law, and professional liability, with a particular focus on administrative proceedings involving regulated health and care professionals.
Nicole has successfully represented clients before both the British Columbia Provincial Court and the Supreme Court of British Columbia. She regularly advises individuals, businesses, and professional organizations on a variety of legal matters, including workplace issues, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
Nicole joined Gowling WLG as a summer student in 2023 and completed her articles with the firm in 2025. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia and an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Okanagan College. Throughout her academic career, Nicole received multiple awards in recognition of her academic achievement and community involvement.
In addition to her legal practice, Nicole has contributed to several not-for-profit organizations and boards of directors.
