Tiffany Lee Bianchi

Tiffany Lee Bianchi is a partner in Gowling WLG's Toronto office. A member of the firm's business law group, she has been involved in numerous corporate and securities transactions. Her practice includes advising domestic and foreign public and private companies on a wide range of corporate matters, including cross-border deals, mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and joint ventures.

Tiffany has represented issuers in growth-stage and public equity offerings, including a variety of registered and exempt securities offerings and other financing transactions. She advises publicly traded and privately held companies on corporate and securities-related matters, corporate governance issues and periodic reporting obligations under securities law. Tiffany's M&A practice also focuses on specific industries, such as technology and life sciences.

She has practised in both civil law and common law jurisdictions, in Canada and abroad. Tiffany began her career in the Paris office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, a Magic Circle law firm, where she advised the management teams of major international companies on various labour relations issues associated with corporate restructuring and complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Tiffany practises law in both English and French.
