Webinar

On 4 January 2022, the UK's National Security and Investment Act 2021 (the "NSIA") entered into full force, heralding a sea-change in deal planning and related risk assessment.

With the NSIA celebrating its second year in force, Samuel Beighton and James Stunt will explore key learnings and current trends, including considering:

  • approaches to assessing NSIA-related risks when planning transactions;
  • the impact that the NSIA can have upon transaction timetables; and
  • how NSIA-related risks can be addressed within deal documents.
